Mormon Historic Projects
The Mormon Historic Sites Foundation (MHSF) was originally formed in 1992 as the Ensign Peak Foundation. The Foundation was significantly involved in the preservation and creation of the Ensign Peak Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. Subsequently, the Foundation recognized that they had developed understanding and skills that could be channeled into other projects to help preserve the rich heritage associated with the history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The name of the Foundation was subsequently changed to the Mormon Historic Sites Foundation.
Since that time the Foundation has been involved in numerous projects and continues to seek out ways to bring significance to sites of importance in Mormon History.
